How to handle multiple interviewers at once and keep everyone engaged.

Panel Interview Tips

In a panel, make eye contact with all members when answering, not just the person who asked. If one person is clearly the lead, direct most of your answer to them but then glance at others to include them.

If two people ask similar questions, give a slightly different angle or example so you're not repeating. Note names and roles if introduced—you can use them when asking closing questions.

Stay calm if one panelist is quiet or seems skeptical. Answer fully and professionally. Thank the whole panel at the end and, if possible, get business cards or LinkedIn details for thank-you notes.
